J’adore neutrals head to toe…especially in tonal variations (aka: a caramel top, khaki bottoms, and blush shoes)…AND especially in evening form! The Spring/Summer 2012 Valentino ad campaign shows us (see above) the beauty of fanciful neutrals. Here are some of my favorite celeb looks:

Oohh, I love all those dresses in that header image! I was on In Style earlier today looking through 5000 “Best of the Day” or something and saw that CareyM outfit. I like it on its own but think she looks a bit washed out.
Rachel Bilson is always so cute!
I know aren’t the Valentino dresses divine?!? And I think because Carey’s dress has such great texture & is almost luminous, thus keeping her from being washed out. But one does have to be careful to pick the right shade of neutral for their skin tone!
